PromBoard is a legitimate creative tool that helps users generate AI image/video prompts. This service is not operated for phishing, fraud, or any malicious purpose. We use only standard authentication methods through Firebase Authentication. Collected personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with third parties in any improper manner.

PromBoard (hereinafter "Service") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of users in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws, and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Service Provision: AI prompt generation, image generation, gallery functionality
Service Improvement: Development of new services, provision of customized services, statistical analysis

We use Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4 for the purpose of improving our service.

5. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information of users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose has been achieved and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws, or destroyed immediately.

Electronic Files: Deleted using technical methods that make it impossible to reproduce the records
Paper Documents: Shredded or incinerated

6. Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

Request to access personal information
Request to correct or delete personal information
Request to suspend processing of personal information
Withdrawal of membership (available directly through the settings menu)

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
