Terms of Service

PromBoard is a creative tool that helps users generate AI image and video prompts. This service is not used for phishing, fraud, or any malicious purpose, and does not improperly collect or misuse users' authentication information.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator (hereinafter "Company") providing PromBoard (hereinafter "Service") and the members using it (hereinafter "Users").

Article 2 (Definition of Service)

PromBoard provides the following services:

AI Prompt Generation: Assists users in writing prompts for image/video generation through a conversational interface
Term Card Selection: Allows users to visually select professional terminology to include in prompts
AI Image Generation: Generates AI images based on created prompts
Community Gallery: Allows users to share generated prompts and images

Article 3 (User Accounts)

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you may create an account via email/password or Google OAuth.

3.2 Authentication Method

This Service uses only standard authentication methods through Firebase Authentication. The Company does not store users' passwords in plain text, and all authentication information is encrypted and processed securely.

3.3 Account Management

Users are responsible for managing their own account information securely
Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited
Users may delete their accounts at any time

Article 4 (Use of Service)

4.1 Permitted Use

Generating prompts for personal creative activities
Using the service for educational and learning purposes
Writing prompts for commercial projects (copyright of generated content must be verified separately)

4.2 Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Phishing or Fraud: Deceiving others or improperly collecting personal information
Deepfake Creation: Creating content that synthesizes the face or body of another person without their consent
Illegal Content: Child exploitation material, violent content, hate speech, etc.
Copyright Infringement: Reproducing or misappropriating another person's copyrighted work without authorization
Malicious Acts: Hacking the service, DDoS attacks, distributing malware, etc.
Spam: Mass automated requests or abusive behavior

Article 5 (Rights to AI-Generated Content)

5.1 Copyright

The copyright of images and content generated through AI is subject to applicable laws and the policies of AI service providers (such as Google Gemini). The Company does not guarantee copyright over AI-generated content.

5.2 Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for copyright disputes or legal issues arising from prompts created by users and AI-generated content. Users bear full responsibility for the use of generated content.

Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Company may change the content of the service after prior notice for the purpose of service improvement
The service may be temporarily suspended in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures
In the case of free services, the service may be terminated after prior notice

Article 7 (Account Suspension and Restriction of Use)

In the following cases, the Company may suspend a user's account or restrict use of the service:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Engaging in prohibited activities under Article 4
Engaging in activities that harm others
Violation of applicable laws

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

Users' personal information is collected, used, and retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company provides no separate warranties for services provided free of charge
The Company is not responsible for damages arising from causes attributable to users
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated results

Article 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the use of the service shall be resolved in the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms of Service when necessary, and in the event of changes, will provide notice through a service announcement at least 7 days in advance. If you do not agree to the changed Terms of Service, you may stop using the service and withdraw your membership.
